如遇布料缺貨無法製作，將主動通知您更換布料或直接退款。
If a fabric is out of stock and we cannot produce your order, we will notify you to change the fabric or issue a refund.
奶嘴鍊、平安符袋之製程約 30 天，較久；能等待再下單，或先詢問客服現貨花色。
Pacifier chains and amulet bags require about 30 days to make. Please order only if you can wait, or ask customer service about in-stock patterns first.
與客服確認過的客製內容與詳細需求，請務必自行填寫於「訂單備註」。本店為多人分工，製作與出貨皆以訂單內容為準，不以對話紀錄為準。
For any custom details confirmed with customer service, please enter them yourself in the “Order Notes.” Our team works collaboratively; production and shipping follow the order details, not chat logs.
